Job summary

UNC Health Care in North Carolina seeks an Administrative Supervisor to serve as the clinical and administrative resource for Lenoir Memorial Hospital during the absence of the senior management team. This per diem, day-shift role supports staff and ensures smooth operations onsite in Kinston.

The successful candidate will have a nursing degree, RN licensure in NC, and at least five years of clinical experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with physicians

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Currently licensed as an RN in North Carolina.
• 5 years experience in the clinical setting required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

5 years experience in the clinical setting required.

LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION

Currently licensed as an RN in the state of North Carolina.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure to blood borne pathogens requiring the use of protective equipment.
