TCAT Shelbyville is seeking a Clinical Adjunct Instructor- Practical Nursing. This part-time, non-exempt role provides clinical instruction two days per week, typically Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities include supervising PN students, evaluating performance, and maintaining records, while collaborating with faculty to ensure cohesive classroom and clinical experiences.

DIRECT SUPERVISION RECEIVED FROM: Practical Nursing Coordinator
TEACHING LOCATION(S): Various locations within service area
HOURS: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed to fulfill the duties of the position (maximum 29 hours per week).
SALARY: $35 per hour
The Clinical Adjunct Instructor- Practical Nursing is responsible for providing clinical instruction and supervision to Practical Nursing students during Mental Health/Psychiatric clinical rotations. Responsibilities include evaluating student performance, maintaining required records and documentation, collaborating with program faculty, and supporting the delivery and success of the Practical Nursing program. This part-time position is scheduled for two 11-hour clinical days per week, typically Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed to meet program requirements.
