Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, scheduling, or provider support preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, clinical environment
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and electronic health records (EPIC experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate access to care. This role is a dual role with half time with Diagnostic Referral Service and half time with Transplant team. This includes scheduling of patients at all Nemours sites of service.
• Maximize template utilization and manage the wait list and referral work queue to ensure metrics are met.
• Provide daily administrative support to assigned members of the clinical team; including the Division Chief and support enterprise/departmental/divisional projects.
