Parallel ENT & Allergy in Central Texas is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee the front and back office at the College Station location. The role focuses on leadership, staff coordination, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a growth-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credentials (RMA or CMA) required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Friendly, personable demeanor.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflict among team members
• Guides and directs clerical and clinical team members
• Conduct routine meetings/huddles to maintain open communication amongst all site-specific team members/departments
• Serve as the first point of contact for the assigned practice location
• Work with other Supervisors to ensure appropriate staffing levels in all areas of the assigned practice location
• Exercise time management skills to allow filling in the front and back office as necessary
• Perform administrative tasks in the HRIS system for assigned staff
• Ensure all new hires receive comprehensive training and orientation to their respective roles
• Addresses and works to resolve patient concerns/complaints that originate from assigned practice location
