Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care within the scope of practice for the RN.
• Assists with exams, procedures, medications, and patient education.
• Collaborates with physicians and team to implement individualized care plans.
• Documents care provided in the patient’s medical record.
• Manages orders, patient calls, and notification of diagnostic results as directed.

Responsibilities:

• Provides patient care within the scope of practice for the Registered Nurse
• Demonstrates competence in patient care skills within the scope of practice for the Registered Nurse, including patient assessment, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications, and patient education
• Establish an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan.
• Processes orders, returns patient calls, and notifies of diagnostic results as directed by the physician.
• Appropriately document care provided in the patient's medical record.

Qualifications:

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Licensed Registered Nurse, licensed in the appropriate state in good standing, Required or ability to obtain a Registered Nurse License in the appropriate state
• A minimum experience of one year experience in the medical field as an RN is preferred but not required.
• Specialty care experience is a plus.
