You will lead, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals, set staff schedules, optimize workflows, and act as the primary liaison between providers, staff, and patients. Salary range $70,304—$79,358 USD.

Qualificações

• Five years of supervisory experience in healthcare setting.
• Five years of medical group office experience including insurance billing and coding.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college education preferred.
• HMO experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in medical office operations and healthcare regulations required.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation required.

The Opportunity

The Clinic Site Manager reports directly to the Director and plays a pivotal role in coordinating all patient services throughout the medical facility. This position is critical for maintaining the highest standards of patient care while ensuring operational efficiency across departments. As the Site Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape the patient experience, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare organization.

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary work duties require exerting up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
