Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking a dedicated RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in the Ballantyne Gastroenterology office in Charlotte. The role includes patient assessment, care planning, and coordination with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will perform treatments, document responses, and educate patients on health maintenance and disease management while supporting continuous patient flow and safety.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Experience using EHR for charting and orders.
• Strong patient communication and care coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per established guidelines and care plans.
• Assist physicians and staff in coordinating patient care and follow-up.
• Monitor treatments, administer medications, and document progress.
• Triage walk-ins and emergencies, directing to appropriate care.
• Educate patients and families on health status and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records and perform order entry in the EHR.
