Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ADN with RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for career development.
• Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or Compact state; CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews clinical procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provides direct patient care, conducts assessments, administers medications and monitors patients.
• Coaches and reviews work of lower-level professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care across settings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
