Job summary

Cone Health in Greensboro, NC seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting under close supervision. You will collaborate with physicians or APP providers to ensure safe care and follow established protocols, while performing administrative tasks across patient records and documentation.

You will also coach and review the work of lower-level staff, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in ongoing quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• RN license in NC or a Compact state with BLS.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews clinical procedures, protocols, and practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provides direct patient care; conducts comprehensive assessments, administers medications and treatments, and monitors patients' conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality care delivery and professional development.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate communication, and promote continuity of care across different healthcare settings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
