Job summary

CHI Health Clinic seeks an experienced Clinic Registered Nurse Lead for the CUMC-Bergan Urogynecology Clinic. You will serve as the clinical expert, delivering personalized nursing care, performing thorough assessments, and developing care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will lead daily huddles, mentor staff, and help optimize patient flow from arrival to follow-up, ensuring seamless care in a fast-paced environment. A sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
