Job summary

CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse Lead (RN) for our Urogynecology Clinic. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care, perform critical assessments, and drive comprehensive patient care plans in a dynamic, interdisciplinary setting.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, conduct daily huddles, and play a key role in optimizing patient flow while tackling clinical and operational challenges with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where you practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical expert delivering high-quality patient care and lead by example.
• Inspire and elevate staff through daily huddles, ongoing training, and development.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience required

Pay Range

$29.36 - $43.68 /hour
