Pulse Heart Institute within MultiCare Health System seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently develop and implement research procedures in compliance with FDA and sponsor regulations for human subjects. Responsibilities include prioritizing projects, identifying subject populations, maintaining drug accountability, and supporting monitor visits.
Requires 3+ years of experience, CPR, and CTMS/EDC proficiency.

This position requires trave between Tacoma and Auburn locations with Auburn being the primary work site.

The Clinical Research Coordinator II independently develops and implements research project procedures that meet research objectives and ensure compliance with all aspects of Institution, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and sponsor regulations pertaining to clinical research in human subjects (e.g. investigator financial disclosure requirements of the FDA).
Led by physicians and advanced practice providers who understand patient needs firsthand, ensuring decisions are grounded in clinical expertise and collaboration.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $63,232.00 - $91,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
