Pulse Heart Institute in Tacoma/Auburn seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to implement and oversee research procedures, ensuring FDA and sponsor compliance. You will manage subject screening, data collection and documentation, and assist in visits and monitoring.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience, a science/healthcare degree (or equivalent), CTMS and eCRF familiarity, CPR, and a valid WA driver’s license. Travel between sites is expected.

This position requires travel between Tacoma and Auburn locations with Auburn being the primary work site.

The Clinical Research Coordinator II independently develops and implements research project procedures that meet research objectives and ensure compliance with all aspects of Institution, Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and sponsor regulations pertaining to clinical research in human subjects (e.g. investigator financial disclosure requirements of the FDA).

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $63,232.00 - $91,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
