Job summary

The Blue Venture Fund is seeking a skilled Clinic Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque, NM. The position supports three clinics with a Monday-Thursday schedule and a fixed rate of $50/hr.

You will handle administrative tasks, collect payments, provide clinical support (phlebotomy, vital signs, injections), educate patients, maintain supplies, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with providers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and 2+ years nursing experience in outpatient or clinic settings.
• BLS certification required; knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to work independently and with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks to support clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients.
• Obtain and maintain required patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect patient copays and other payments per insurance and clinic policies.
• Maintain accountability for in-clinic funds and deposits.
• Provide clinical support within RN scope (phlebotomy, vital signs, injections).
• Educate patients about treatment plans and care instructions.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning; manage inventory and supplies.
