Mercy seeks an experienced registered nurse to deliver quality patient care using the nursing process in a rotating clinic schedule (0700-1530 or 0730-1600). The role emphasizes accountability, coordination with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Required are an accredited nursing program graduate status, an active RN license (state or compact), and BLS certification with possible ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/PALS as needed per unit.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or valid compact license.
• BLS certification obtained or to be completed within 30 days.
• Additional unit-specific certifications may be required (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for patient care provided to assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.
