Curative is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Texas. The RN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience. You will start on-site 8:30 am–5:00 pm, 40 hours a week, with hybrid options after the introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone triage and determine appropriate care pathways.

• Support telehealth, including pre- and post-visit follow-ups.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting patient well‑being in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone triage; Assess patient needs over the phone using clinical protocols, provide guidance, and determine appropriate care pathways, including urgent care, in‑person visits, or home care advice and emergency services.
• Manage daily clinical tasks and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Monitor daily operations to maintain a smooth patient flow, reduce wait times, and optimize scheduling. Collaborate with providers and staff to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Conduct Nursing Visits; Deliver personalized, condition‑specific education. Promote medication adherence and self‑management. Reinforce care plans and wellness goals.
• Support telehealth appointments, ensuring patients receive timely and high‑quality virtual care. Provide pre‑visit assessments and post‑visit follow‑up as necessary.
• Applicants should expect to work 40 hours per week and be on‑site during the introductory period from 8:30 am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Hybrid availability after completion of introductory period.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• BLS/CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience is required. Primary Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
