Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Clinic Receptionist in Davenport to greet patients, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and maintain patient flow across multiple Convenient Care clinics including Davenport, NW 53rd, Moline, Eldridge, and Woodlands.

The role requires validating insurance eligibility, entering demographics in the EHR, collecting copays and deductibles, and upholding confidentiality with a compassionate, professional demeanor. Full-time 32 hours/week with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Front desk receptionist responsibilities including greeting patients and visitors.
• Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and answer calls.
• Validate insurance eligibility and collect copays/deductibles at point of service.
• Enter demographics and insurance data into the EHR and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Check-in patients and ensure efficient admitting process.
• Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines; verify patient information.
