Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and help clients acquire communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development, with pay ranging from $22 to $32 per hour.

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsabilidades

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
