ATI Worksite Solutions in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Clinic Provider I - Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN to join our occupational health team. This Full-time, 40-hour role supports client locations with medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care, combining hands-on clinical care with day-to-day operations.

You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, follow established protocols, and help return-to-work and stay-at-work plans while providing education and preventive services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Licensed/certified LPN or RN.
• 2 years providing occupational health services or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses using clinical experience with documentation and follow-up.
• Provide episodic care for non‑occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures including emergency response, referrals, and return-to-work plans.
• Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees, including ergonomic/workstation assessments.
• Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments, to include appropriate documentation and follow up


• Provide episodic care for non‑occupational injuries and illnesses


• Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management


• Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments


• Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports
