Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse Occupational Health in Dayton, OH for PRN/M-F Day Shift coverage. The role focuses on medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care at client sites, with leadership of a dedicated team and hands-on clinical care aligned to training.

You will guide day-to-day operations, support performance, and contribute to a culture of growth and meaningful impact in occupational health across multiple client locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Licensed/certified RN or LPN is required.
• At least 2 years of occupational health experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and perform risk assessments with documentation and follow-up.
• Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response and return-to-work management.
• Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees, including workstation assessments.
• Prepare ergonomic, injury, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments, to include appropriate documentation and follow up
• Provide episodic care for non‑occupational injuries and illnesses
• Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management
• Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments
• Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports
