Job summary

Intermountain Health Red Lodge Clinic – Family Medicine is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise a team of caregivers in Red Lodge, Montana. The role ensures efficient scheduling, budget oversight, and ongoing staff development.

The position involves coaching, orienting new hires, designing training, and supporting recruitment while promoting patient-centered care and a collaborative culture among clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, databases/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a comprehensive scheduling system for caregivers.
• Monitors and manages departmental budgets for efficient resource use.
• Provides regular coaching sessions for caregiver development.
• Oversees orientation for new hires and clarifies roles.
• Designs and implements ongoing caregiver training programs.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of caregivers.
• Implements corrective actions per Intermountain Health policies.
• Fosters a culture aligned with Intermountain Fundamentals of Care.
• Encourages patient-centered approach in all operations.
• Promotes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
