Job summary

Mercy Health in Oregon is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manage staff, improve workflows, and support the Practice Administrator on financial performance and engagement.

The role emphasizes revenue integrity, patient satisfaction, and compliance with safety policies, while collaborating with providers and clerical teams to ensure smooth patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support is preferred and required within 90 days of hire.
• 3 years of healthcare experience with at least 1 year in an administrative setting; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations, staffing, workflow development and performance.
• Support Practice Administrator with revenue integrity, engagement and customer relations.
• Provide patient care tasks where skilled, and assist clerical staff during peak demand.
• Respond professionally to internal/external customers and uphold safety/compliance policies.
• Promote and support initiatives to meet project goals and productivity targets.
• Maintain flexibility to cover diverse duties as needed.
