Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor for an Oregon clinic. The role oversees the practice’s daily operations, staff management, workflow development and financial performance.

It focuses on patient satisfaction, provider collaboration and adherence to standards. The position supports the Practice Administrator and emphasizes revenue integrity, employee engagement and customer relations.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• 3 years of healthcare experience with at least one year in an administrative setting is required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience is required for Bon Secours Mercy Health; supervisory experience is preferred for RSFH.
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association is preferred, required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall functioning of the practice including management of staff and workflow development.
• Monitor financial performance and provider and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance with standards and focus on patient satisfaction scores and productivity.
• Support revenue integrity, customer relations and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Perform patient care tasks ensuring accurate, safe, professional care.
• Handle administrative functions related to assigned areas and meet quality, quantity, and timeliness expectations.

Educación

High school diploma (required)

Coursework in medical terminology and healthcare office (preferred)
