Qualifications

• Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal relations.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, supervise, and work independently on projects.
• Strong computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Strong negotiating and financial management skills.
• Preferred: Associate degree and ambulatory outpatient clinic experience.
• Experience developing relationships with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day department or clinic operations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive caregiver scheduling system.
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
• Provide regular coaching and professional development for caregivers.
• Oversee orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Design and implement ongoing training programs to enhance skills.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of caregivers.
• Implement corrective actions per policy and procedures.
• Foster a culture aligned with Intermountain Fundamentals of Care and patient-centered care.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
