Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Pulmonary practice Monday through Friday, hours ranging from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm.
In this important front-office role, you will help support smooth daily practice operations by welcoming patients, managing appointment workflows, answering phone calls, processing documentation, and partnering with providers and care teams to deliver a positive patient experience.
