Mass General Brigham's Spine and Pain Management practice at 159 Wells Avenue is seeking an organized administrative professional to coordinate both clinical and administrative tasks. You will support patient scheduling, billing processes, and documentation while acting as a reliable resource for the team.

In this role, you will support busy Spine and Pain Management services by coordinating key administrative functions, helping patients navigate appointments, and serving as a trusted resource within the practice.
Our Spine team provides advanced, research-backed surgical and non-surgical care for patients with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine conditions. Our Pain Management Service delivers compassionate, team-based care for patients experiencing acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain. Together, these teams use a multimodal, multidisciplinary approach to create personalized treatment plans focused on improving comfort, function, and quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of office experience required.
Strong technology skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of office operations, standards, and procedures, including filing, copying, scanning, printing, and faxing.
Ability to manage non-routine phone calls, solve routine issues, and communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to compose, edit, and proofread emails, memos, letters, and other documents.
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
