We're looking for a Full-Time Practice Assistant II to join our team and support our busy front desk during our morning surgical check-in process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Schedule: 40 hours per week | 7am-3:30pm | Hours Flexible
Location: Danvers Outpatient Surgical Center
In this role, you'll be one of the first faces our patients see as they arrive for surgery. You'll help create a welcoming experience by assisting with patient check-in, answering questions, and supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Performs administrative functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
