1810 Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our cardiology practice. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., based at 19 Old Rollinsford Road with a secondary site in Portsmouth.
You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, process referrals and orders, manage records, and support check-in/check-out while ensuring a welcoming, high-quality patient experience.

Wentworth Health Partners Cardiology provides expert care in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease, offering a full range of cardiology services including general and interventional cardiology, heart failure care, electrophysiology, device implants, anticoagulation management, and more. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our cardiology practice Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position is based at 19 Old Rollinsford Road in Dover, NH, with a secondary location at 67 Corporate Drive in Portsmouth, NH.
Clinic/Practice Assistants are essential to the day-to-day flow of our community-based physician practices. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, families, clinicians, and colleagues—helping ensure visits run smoothly, questions are routed appropriately, and each patient receives a welcoming, high-quality experience.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience or exposure to referral coordination are strongly preferred.
