The role requires 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience, active AZ certification, and ability to work full-time on a Tue-Fri schedule with varied shifts. The salary ranges from $19–$22 per hour, with benefits and W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Arizona phlebotomy certification active and valid.
• 1–2 years phlebotomy experience outside training or donation centers.
• Proficient venipuncture, including difficult draws.
• Familiar with specimen processing and order of draw.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Professional communication and patient-care skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work independently in clinic.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection per protocols.
• Greet and assist patients professionally for a positive experience.
• Verify patient identity and label specimens accurately.
• Process, package, and prepare specimens for courier and testing.
• Maintain specimen integrity and correct handling and draw order.
• Enter and verify patient/specimen data in the lab system.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Communicate with clinic staff, lab personnel, and supervisors.
• Restock phlebotomy supplies and assist with cross-training.
