Qualifikationen

• Pharmacist-in-Charge with Texas license and strong leadership required.
• Two years of pharmacy operations management or five years in retail pharmacy.
• CPR and bloodborne-pathogen training; immunization delivery certificate preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and ensure compliance with Texas Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and company policies.
• Provide clinical guidance and medication consultations to patients, providers, and clinic staff.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately, including compliance packaging.
• Ensure timely prescription processing and high-service levels for all patients.
• Manage inventory, controlled-substance records, and patient-assistance medications.
• Build relationships with medical directors, providers, and clinic teams; collaborate with staff.
• Communicate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve insurance issues.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule three pharmacy technicians and other staff.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, payroll, and training.
• Manage rejected claims, gross-margin analysis, and required operational reports; drive financial performance.
• Support business growth through referrals, accounts, and monthly marketing events.
