Job summary

Community Clinic seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead the ambulatory clinical pharmacy team, drive practice standards, and coordinate with primary and specialty care. This leadership role focuses on clinical excellence, program operations, and payer collaboration.

The position reports to a director and involves cross-site tele-pharmacy coverage, Performance in CCM/RPM, and ensuring compliant documentation and billing under CPA with physicians.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited college.
• Active/unrestricted license or eligibility in Arkansas; in good standing.
• Completion of ASHP PGY-1 residency, OR 3+ years ambulatory clinical practice.
• Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) or pursuit within 24 months.
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory clinical pharmacy team; set practice standards and oversee operations.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; coordinate HR with Director.
• Oversee CCM, RPM, APCM documentation and physician billing under CPA.
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and ensure high-quality care.
