Job summary

AbsoluteCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the clinic's pharmacy services, overseeing daily operations, clinical programs, and staff performance. The role ensures safe dispensing, high-quality patient care, and collaboration with providers and care teams.

Qualified candidates will hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, be a licensed pharmacist, and have clinic or community health experience in complex care contexts. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on integrated care delivery.

Qualifications

• Clinical pharmacy program experience helpful.
• MTM or adherence program experience beneficial.
• Ability to lead and develop pharmacy staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and 340B inventory management.
• Lead, hire, onboard and develop pharmacy team members.
• Coordinate with care team to support patient-centered services.
• Ensure accurate dispensing, counseling, and safe medication use.
• Oversee charting, documentation and reporting.
• Manage supplier relations and procurement of medications.
