Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Implementation Specialist to partner with assigned clinics, using data insights to identify opportunities, influence behavior, and drive measurable improvements. You will deliver targeted coaching to optimize clinic performance and operations.

Responsibilities include portfolio management, data analysis, coaching, action planning, and cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and sustain gains. Experience with SOPs and MS 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate discussions in small groups.
• Ability to analyze operational performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Influence without direct authority; build credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong consultative coaching and relationship management; drive behavior change and performance improvement.
• Identify root causes and propose practical solutions to operational challenges.
• Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in project coordination and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Execute and reinforce SOPs/workflows while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Deliver structured training and presentations for groups of 5–15 participants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clinics; partner with clinic leaders to support performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide coaching to improve service delivery and adherence to standards.
• Lead performance-focused conversations to promote accountability and problem-solving.
• Develop and implement clinic-specific action plans to address operational challenges.
• Assess learning needs and reinforce best practices and SOPs.
• Monitor progress, follow up, and adjust strategies to sustain improvement.
• Maintain coaching documentation; report progress on performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and cross-functional teams to remove barriers.
• Escalate persistent issues and propose corrective actions.
