Job summary

Nsight Health is hiring a Backend Implementation Specialist to own the clinic data layer during implementations. You will build, validate, and document patient and account data to ensure go-lives are accurate and on time.

You’ll reconcile source data in Excel/Sheets, set up EHR/EMR access, and ensure data quality before handoff to Customer Success. You will work with AI tools daily and document processes, maintaining clear data workflows and robust data governance across multiple concurrent

Qualifications

Two or more years in data, operations, implementation, or analyst roles.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, including data validation methods and scripting.
Experience using enterprise password management platforms such as 1Password, LastPass, or Bitwarden.
Experience documenting and mapping data fields, workflows, and business rules to support automation.
Exceptional attention to detail and a low tolerance for data errors.
Methodical and organized, able to manage data across many concurrent implementations.
Comfort representing the Implementation team in clinic-facing meetings and communicating technical data workflows.

Responsibilities

Data Setup and Integrity: Build and validate patient rosters, eligibility data, and account configuration for each new clinic and health system.
EHR and EMR Integration: Coordinate and document EHR/EMR access and data flows; troubleshoot discrepancies.
Excel and Google Sheets Execution: Build trackers and validation views; apply formulas and lookup functions.
Partnership and Handoff: Deliver clean data on schedule and feed accurate records into CRM for Customer Success.
