• Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests to keep clinicians and patients in sync.
• Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time; assist patients with co-pays and billing questions with transparency.
• Submit daily service charges, reconcile deposits, and provide essential clerical support to keep the office organized and welcoming.
