Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum, seeks a Pharmacy Manager in Chicago to lead daily pharmacy operations and ensure high-quality patient care. This role focuses on clinical excellence, staff coaching, and financial performance within a collaborative care team.

Located at Trilogy, Rogers Park, 1400 W Greenleaf Ave. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm. Immunizations and clinical leadership are key responsibilities, with opportunities to advance within a growing health services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of Illinois is required.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become one within 3 months.
• Willing to complete LAI training and administer LAI.

Responsibilities

• Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience with strong relationships.
• Serve as clinical expert to staff and meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsel patients on medications, adverse effects, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; maintain standards.
• Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Drive financial profitability and growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff; promote an engaging team environment.
• Recruit top talent and plan workforce and business needs.
• Build relationships with community and clinic partners; promote offerings.
• Lead marketing plans and materials for pharmacy services.
