Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a comprehensive scheduling system for all caregivers.
• Monitors and manages departmental budgets for efficient resources.
• Provides regular coaching sessions for caregiver development.
• Oversees orientation for new hires and ensures role clarity.
• Designs and implements ongoing training to enhance caregiver skills.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of caregivers.
• Implements corrective actions per Intermountain policies.
• Fosters a patient-centered, team-based care culture and continuous improvement.
