Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• 1 year customer service in a medical office setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use good judgment in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous experience with EMR or scheduling system.

Responsibilities

• Ensures associates meet daily, monthly, and annual accountabilities.
• Under the direction of the practice manager, conducts hiring, correction and termination activities of direct reports.
• Maintains general knowledge of clinical policies, procedures, state and federal regulations.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of front office computer systems and scheduling procedures.
• Prepares work schedules and ensures staffing to meet provider patient care needs.
• Provides coverage for team members and trains new associates.
• Acts as a resource to associates and supports corporate initiatives.
