Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System seeks a Clinic Office Supervisor for the Boise Heart Institute on the Boise Regional Medical Center campus. You will coordinate day-to-day operations of the front office and administrative staff, focusing on patient relations, customer service, and financial management.

Ideal candidates have supervisory clinic experience, knowledge of billing/collections, and strong communication with physicians and leadership. This is a full-time, day-shift role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field required.
• Two years of relevant supervisory experience in ambulatory clinic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Experience with billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise over 25–29 front office and administrative staff, including call center, medical records, and front office areas.
• Act as liaison between support staff, physicians, clinic managers/administrators, and work closely with the Polytech Sleep Tech Supervisor.
• Oversee billing and collection functions and ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
