Job summary

CRH Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Operations Practice Manager (CMA) to lead daily operations across Valdosta, Tifton, and Douglas clinics. You will manage administrative and clinical staff, ensure smooth open hours, and uphold high patient service standards.

The role requires extensive healthcare leadership, multi-clinic experience, and familiarity with billing and front-d desk processes. This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of healthcare experience and 5+ years managing multi-clinic operations with 25+ staff.
• Hands-on CMA or LPN experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical billing systems and basic medical terminology.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff.
• Excellent patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assure clinic is open and staffed during regular hours and events.
• Select, train, supervise, and monitor quality and production of site staff.
• Develop monthly staff schedules and input payroll data.
• Balance cash drawer and handle daily deposits.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform their jobs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; address issues.
• Resolve billing holds and perform refunds/corrections.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate orders for clinics.
• Interact with patients and address service issues.
• Identify community marketing opportunities and engage staff.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
• Perform front-end registration or clinical tasks as needed.

Are you an experienced healthcare leader looking for a dynamic and fast-paced environment to grow your career and manage several teams across various locations? CRH, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in the Atlantametro area. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week from 8am – 8pmand provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations. Responsible for daily operations, enforcing policies and procedures, implementation and management of multiple urgent care centers. Coordinates and supervises operation and duties of administrative and clerical staff while ensuring an overall outstanding patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assure clinic is open and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and special events and that all facilities and equipment are available, operational, safe, and clean.
• Select, train, supervise, and monitor quality and production levels of site staff.
• Develop monthly staff schedule, review time and attendance reports, and provide input to payroll calculation.
• Assure cash drawer is balanced by front desk staff. Prepare and make daily bank deposit.
• Assure staff is adequately trained and equipped to perform their jobs.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Address performance and disciplinary issues.
• Resolve and approve billing holds, financial refunds and accounting corrections originating at the site.
• Monitor supply inventories and ensure Clinic Coordinators order all supplies.
• Interact with patients, review patient feedback, and address patient service issues.
• Identify community marketing opportunities and engage staff in grassroots marketing.
• Inspect and maintain records on facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance and other vendor services.
• Perform front-end registration and/or clinical tasks as a back-up in case of absence or high demand.

Key Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of healthcare experience and at least 5 years management experience or effectively equivalent including multi-clinic experience with 25+ staff.
• Hands-on clinical experience as a CMA or LPN, is a plus
• Familiarity with medical billing systems and basic medical terminology.
• Understand and be competent to perform the front desk registration and medical assistant position.
• Complete training in HIPAA, basic medical coding, blood borne pathogens and other clinical/administrative issues.
• Proficient to use and train others in common PC applications including the Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office.
• Superior patient service skills to handle escalated issues.
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate new and current staff.
