Job summary

Bloomwellcare is seeking an Assistant Clinic Success Manager to keep daily clinic operations running smoothly, partnering with the Clinic Success Manager to reflect reality in schedules, notes, onboarding, and caregiver communications.

The role owns specific operational areas, demonstrates initiative, and serves as a reliable contact when the CSM is away, with a clear path to the Clinic Success Manager position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or administrative support environment preferred; ABA industry experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make day-to-day operational decisions independently.
• A proactive, ownership-minded approach, comfortable taking initiative and following tasks through to completion without being chased.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills, with daily interaction with families and teammates.
• Comfort working with scheduling and documentation systems such as CentralReach and Deputy.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend availability for community or team events.
• Passing a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinic operations, including updating schedules and notes in CentralReach.
• Reflect real-time patient attendance in schedules and manage day-of changes.
• Support onboarding, welcome gifts, and training materials for new teammates.
• Coordinate monthly team-building events with Sunshine Committee.
• Prepare and send attendance reports to caregivers.
• Audit client profiles and certifications for accuracy.
• Monitor certification expirations and ensure compliance.
• Lead new teammate orientation and input training schedules into CentralReach.
• Support supply ordering and process bonus eligibility via Rippling.
• Act as point of contact when the CSM is unavailable and escalate as needed.
