Job summary

Carelon Health is seeking a Manager for Clinic Program Operations in the US to oversee five medical offices in the Los Angeles area. You will supervise 8–10 nurse practitioners, provide clinical oversight, and support clinic operations across Downtown LA, West LA, Montebello, Whittier, and Lawndale.

This role requires strong people management, clinical leadership, and the ability to implement clinical business changes while covering clinic time as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing nurse practitioners across multiple offices (LA area).
• Clinical oversight and review of nursing staff.
• Willingness to cover clinic weekly in LA offices.

Responsibilities
