Orthodontic Experts in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across locations, supervise staff, schedule patients, ensure quality care, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–4 years in office administration, 2 years in office management, strong MS Office and Google Suites skills, bilingual Spanish, and willingness to travel to Mount Pleasant, Menomonee Falls, Madison, and Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in office administration.
• 2 years of office management experience.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google Suites.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises office personnel.
• Manages efficient scheduling of patients and adjusts as needed.
• Monitors no-shows and manages calls and rescheduling.
• Conducts sessions with patients for reviewing treatment and payment plans.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory procedures.
• Maintains patient data according to regulations and company policies.
• Participates in marketing events and coordinates clinic staff meetings.
