Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3+ years of administrative leadership in a clinic setting.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and medical terminology.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient operations and staffing to maintain clinic services.
• Design and implement clinic policies; measure results against standards.
• Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Plan clinic systems, layouts, and equipment procurement for efficiency.
• Set work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Coach, retrain and performance manage team members.
• Review information, identify trends, and report issues promptly.
• Escalate emergencies to the Director, Clinical Operations; ensure policy compliance.
