Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in a clinical practice.
• Experience with physician billing or third party payor environments is desirable.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages practice site operations to meet patient access and satisfaction goals.
• Oversees staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintains drug inventory and monitors medical equipment maintenance.
• Functions as EPIC Super User to support clinicians and staff.
• Leads project initiatives to improve efficiency, quality of care and billing workflows.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and OSHA, and maintains patient privacy.
