Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in a medical office preferred.
• A minimum of two years experience on clinical side of a medical clinic.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard various roles in the clinic.
• Supervise non-provider staff performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead staff meetings and programs.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and concerns.

Clinical experience as RN, LPN or CMA
