Qualifications

• Associate degree required; if hired after 12/1/2016, must have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred.
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 1 year practice management experience.
• 2 years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in ambulatory or inpatient health care operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations with emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of capital and human resources.
• May oversee multiple clinics or departments within Providence Medical Group.
