Job summary

One-to-One-Healt operates an onsite employee health clinic in Columbus, Indiana. The Practice Manager ensures daily operations run smoothly, supervises staff, and delivers an exceptional patient experience while upholding HIPAA and quality standards.

You will optimize patient access, EMR workflows, and supply management, while training new team members and collaborating with clinical leaders to enhance throughput and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred in related field.
• Two years of medical office experience.
• Active LPN or RN license preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Willing to travel between multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise staff, and manage day-to-day clinic operations.
• Verify time sheets and approve prior to payroll deadlines.
• Monitor patient wait times and satisfaction; address complaints.
• Coordinate clinical services including EMR management and supplies.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and on-site safety.
• Train new staff and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Communicate site issues to management and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews.
