Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/admin or science field.
• 6 years healthcare or related experience.
• 4 years leadership experience (supervisory/lead/project mgmt).
• 2 years direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for standardization of processes and outcomes across service lines.
• Provide project management support for business initiatives.
• Possibly oversee Practice Managers and mentor new managers.
• Organize provider services across multiple hospital campus locations.
