CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck, ND seeks a Physician Enterprise Clinic Administrator to oversee daily administrative and technical support in a multi-specialty clinic. You will coordinate operations to ensure proficiency and high-quality service across all clinic sections, while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.

The role focuses on patient advocacy and staff support. You will lead a team, manage performance, hire and train staff, and help prepare budgets and clinic goals

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to manage staff and budgets and to mentor a diverse team.
